Sebo v. American Home Assurance
On Thursday, December 1st, 2016 the Florida Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Naples-based homeowner, stating that his homeowner’s insurance company must pay $8 million for the estate home that suffered extensive defects and damage caused, in part, by Hurricane Wilma.
The 6-1 ruling is a win for all insured homeowners in Florida and for Forensic Construction Consulting. FCC was the damages and building envelope expert in this case. To read the full article, click here.
