Craig Kobza served as the homeowner’s representative during the land acquisition, development, and construction phases of their new beachfront home. The discerning homeowners wanted to build a masterpiece that was low maintenance, energy efficient, and could weather the test of time. These world travelers could only move the project forward efficiently with FCC’s committed services.

RESOLUTION

FCC coordinated and assisted the homeowners with pre-construction and construction-related aspects of the building process. This included aspects from design to completion, including home site selection, design coordination, construction implementation, and approval.

Services provided included:

• Coordinating and advising on the selection of key team members, including subject matter experts, engineers, architects, general contractors, sub-contractors and interior designers
• Constant communication with project team members to ensure consistent execution of design
• Selecting and negotiating contracts with the project team members
• Identifying and advising on key building material components and systems
• Conducting frequent site visits to ensure quality control
• Preparing written and photographic progress updates to the owners
