ISSUE

This home suffered severe water damage. FCC was tasked with completing a detailed analysis of the home to determine the extent and cause of the water damage.

RESOLUTION

After investigating the home, it was found that the defects in the construction of the balcony were the cause of the water damage. FCC created a report detailing the issues as well as provided instructions on the repair process necessary to fix the issues.

Along with the analysis of the construction defects, FCC was able to provide the homeowner’s insurance company with the reporting and testimony needed to subrogate the claim.
